I am contracted with Premera insurance. I also offer billing to other insurance companies for any out of network benefit that you may have. HSA cards are also accepted.
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Cash, check, HSA card, or a major credit card are accepted for payment
Fees:
45-50 min session $155
Intensive (longer) sessions:
75 min session $230
90 min session $310
120 min session $387.50
150 min session $465.00
